Creator and Chocolatier Aimee Morrow of Soulever Chocolates specializes in Dairy Free and Vegan truffles and caramels that are made with predominantly organic ingredients and low glycemic sweeteners of raw coconut nectar and raw local honey. They are also gluten free, soy free, and Paleo diet friendly. In addition, Soulever Chocolates offers drinking chocolate mixes made with coconut sugar, and molé.
After a one year hiatus, the Original Artisan Chocolate event in the Northwest this millenium returns with the 9th Annual Seattle Luxury CHOCOLATE SALON on July 23, 2017 at the Arctic Club Seattle.
